Terms of Service
Terms for using MoonSwap’s wallet, routing, and automation services. Last updated August 30, 2026.
Agreement to These Terms
By accessing MoonSwap or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosures, and Fee Schedule. If you do not agree, do not use MoonSwap. Additional affirmative acceptance may be required before wallet or automated-order features become available.
Use of MoonSwap
MoonSwap provides interfaces for Solana token information, route comparison, wallet-approved transactions, premium execution tools, and bounded automated Limit/DCA orders. MoonSwap does not operate the underlying blockchain, wallets, token programs, liquidity venues, or third-party routing services.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be at least 18 and at least the age of majority where you live, have legal capacity, control the wallet and assets you use, and use MoonSwap only where the service and transaction are lawful. Sanctioned or blocked persons and users in prohibited jurisdictions may not use MoonSwap or evade access controls.
No Advice or Fiduciary Relationship
MoonSwap does not provide investment, tax, legal, brokerage, fiduciary, or financial advice. Quotes, route scores, token-risk indicators, holder data, smart-money information, and automated signals are informational tools and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You make each trading decision and should obtain your own professional advice.
Regulatory Status and No Endorsement
No regulator has approved MoonSwap, any displayed token, any route, or any transaction. MoonSwap does not represent that a token is or is not a security, commodity, stablecoin, or other regulated instrument. Product availability does not establish that use is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you must not treat interface labels, rankings, scores, or educational content as a regulatory determination or recommendation.
Wallet-Approved Transactions
For ordinary wallet-approved transactions, you control whether to sign. You are responsible for verifying the token mints, amounts, destination accounts, route, slippage, fees, and wallet prompt. Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by MoonSwap.
Limit and DCA Escrow
A custom MoonSwap Limit/DCA order may require you to approve a transaction depositing only the disclosed input amount into a program-derived-address vault. The program restricts execution to the stored owner, mints, destination account, amount, cadence, cycle limit, expiry, route, slippage, minimum output, price-impact limit, fee cap, and fill policy. Autonomous SEND is disabled until customer-funded execution costs are implemented and independently audited; use the displayed wallet-approved path. This is MoonSwap’s custom program and not Jupiter Trigger DCA.
Cancellation, Expiry, and Program Control
The order owner may request cancellation through the program, and an expired order may be released by any caller only to the owner’s pinned input account. Remaining assets are not available until the release transaction succeeds. Smart-contract defects, congestion, unavailable token accounts, third-party failures, or a program upgrade may delay or prevent expected operation. Program upgrades are governed through MoonSwap’s disclosed authority process and can change future program behavior.
Platform Fees and Transaction Costs
MoonSwap Auto and Advanced swaps have no MoonSwap platform fee. Automation products charge only the disclosed fee on a successful confirmed execution, subject to the active holder-tier discount; creation, monitoring, evaluation, failed attempts, cancellation, expiry, and unfilled orders do not create a MoonSwap platform fee. The customer pays transaction-specific Solana network fees, priority fees, Jito tips, provider or venue fees, token fees, price impact, and program or associated-account rent when applicable. MoonSwap-owned infrastructure costs remain MoonSwap overhead. The wallet prompt and Fee Schedule control if displayed estimates differ.
Automation
Automated features may be unavailable, dry-run, wallet-approved, paused, delayed, or live depending on the displayed product status and system configuration. Conditions are evaluated from third-party and on-chain data that can be late, unavailable, or inaccurate. No order, schedule, trigger, quote, or transaction is guaranteed to execute.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use MoonSwap for fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Third-Party Services and Tokens
Wallets, RPC providers, routing services, decentralized exchanges, token issuers, block explorers, notification providers, and hosting providers are independent third parties. Their terms, fees, availability, security, and data practices may apply. MoonSwap does not endorse or guarantee any token or third party merely by displaying or routing to it.
Routing, Defaults, and Conflicts
MoonSwap may compare routes using disclosed software parameters such as expected output, liquidity, latency, transaction cost, failure risk, price impact, and slippage. Quote-only benchmarks are excluded from the executable best-route selection. A displayed route is not guaranteed to remain best by signing time. MoonSwap’s automation platform fee is charged only as described in the Fee Schedule and is intended to be route-, venue-, token-, and counterparty-agnostic. MoonSwap does not accept payment for order flow or choose a route because a venue pays MoonSwap more. Any future material venue affiliation or other routing conflict must be disclosed before the affected feature is enabled.
Availability, Suspension, and Changes
MoonSwap may delay, reject, pause, restrict, modify, or discontinue server-side features for security, legal compliance, maintenance, provider failure, capacity, or service reliability. These actions may stop new orders or fills but cannot reverse an already confirmed blockchain transaction.
Disclaimers
MoonSwap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranty is made regarding uninterrupted availability, security, token authenticity, route quality, execution, output, profit, legal status, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not permit all warranty exclusions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the MoonSwap operator and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by market movement, tokens, wallets, smart contracts, blockchains, third parties, user error, compromised credentials, or transactions you authorize. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes to These Terms
MoonSwap may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use of affected features. Continuing to use MoonSwap after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
